With over 25 years experience working with valves, pumps, temperature probes, level sensors, flow switches and other equipment in the process industries. From changing a valve seal, calibrating a temperature probe or optimising the process system, these are all jobs necessary to keep your plant running to its maximum efficiency, all of which can be undertaken as a part of a planned maintenance routine or on an ad-hoc basis.

Plant/CIP Optimisation

With our experience we can monitor a process plant, whether it be a production line or a CIP System, and make suggestions and recommendations to optimise the efficient running of the process, such as monitoring a CIP routine to reduce wasted time and water/chemical usage.

Seal Replacement

From a large valve block, to critical valves on a pasteuriser or individual valves on a plant, the key to quality production is to maintain the seals on a regular basis.
