This is where you'll get details of our software possibilities.
PSS Ltd can boast over 30 years of experience in the Process Software field. This includes software development on small and large projects on a variety of PLC platforms as well as software testing and simulation. Following the development, testing and simulation, we have also commissioned projects all over the UK and Europe, with a small number internationally.
Below is a selection of the hardware and software platforms used:
Allen-Bradley / Rockwell
With experience of PLC5's, SLC's and the newest CompactLogix and ControlLogix PLC's, I'm sure we can assist any customer with PLC problems or development.
With HMI experience ranging from single and multiple line Dataliner's, through various sized PanelView's to the newer PanelView Plus and VersaView as well as Scada experience with RSView.
Allen-Bradley network experience and knowledge ranges from DH485 and DH+ to ControlNet and DeviceNet as well as Ethernet/IP and Remote IO.
With experience on the oldest F1 and F2 processors through to the A and FX Series PLC's and onto the Q Series, I'm sure we can assist with most queries on Mitsubishi processors.
HMI experience includes the Mac and Beijers E ranges.
With vast experience of the S5 range of PLC's, from the smaller 90/95/100 range through to the larger 115/135/155 range. We can also offer significant experience on the S7 range of PLC's.
With HMI experience on the Text and Graphic OP range and on the Touch Panel TP range.
With vast experience of Wonderware's InTouch installations from older versions through to the newest release we can provide support, modifications and complete new systems. With additional knowledge and experience of Recipe, Batch and SQL Server add-ons.
With software and licenses for all of the above hardware and software platforms we are ready to assist immediately with any requirement you may have.
Experience of further PLC's include GEM, Square D, Honeywell, Omron, Modicon and Alfa-Laval Satt.
We have also used various different simulation packages, but generally use our preferred PICS simulation package, for which we have two licenses to enable simulation of different jobs simultaneously. We believe that simulation of software can dramatically improve our effectiveness on site, firstly by demonstrating to the customer how the software is intended to work before the infamous changeover day. Secondly by testing and reducing any anomalies or errors and so hopefully reducing time spent on site.
